You asked about the person that help resolve the issue and I gave 5 stars. Had you asked about the company, I would have given 1 star! You advertise product for sell and complete the sale then only to learn your stock inventory was incorrect. Then again with a size change you confirm in stock only later to be told after the sale, inventory was not correct. That is very misrepresenting and uncomfortable way of doing business!

When riding in a medium rain for a few hours, my socks were soaked. The leather might be waterproof, but somehow water was allowed to get inside. The zippers we’re all the way up and the straps were buckled. I also had rain pants on that covered the boots all the way down to the ankle. The lower strap and buckle is useless and should be eliminated. The upper strap and buckle also doesn’t help much and should be replaced by a Velcro adjustment to tighten the area around the calf. The toe area was very thick and required me to adjust my gear selector lever a few notches up.
