I recommend spending a little extra on a better helmet, ventilation is not the best, the shield does fog up has no pin locks for fog shield, used it 2 times can't return it since customer service said once worn it can't be return.

The helmet is pretty good. I wish the visor had a pinlock. I recently found out that the breath guard didn't come with the helmet. Make sure you pay attention that everything comes with the helmet. It was after the time I could send it back, and they don't sell the breath guard separately.
