I was surprised that delivery was being done by Amazon. It wa a day late and package was not left at the proper door. And the delivery was a business which is not open in the evening when the package was delivered. It was left at the side door which leads to upstairs apartments which has nothing to do with the door to the business where the packaged should have been delivered. And it should not have been delivered and left when the business is closed. UPS, FedEx, and the USPS do not leave packages at businesses that are closed. Consider using one of the other delivery carriers when delivering to businesses.

Christmas gift for my wife and she loves it. She says it get warm real quick and keeps her toasty all day
I received the vest but it's useless without the battery. Called customer service and was told to take photos and submit them, then it will be forwarded to the shipping department and pend approval to have a battery sent. Still waiting so more than likely I will be sending this back and going elsewhere.

My wife loves this vest. Especially the heated pockets. She does say the battery is in a weird place but personally I'm not sure where else it would go.
The vest works great. Very easy to use and warms my body in a short period of time, then back off the temperature setting a desired level.
