Order for my granddaughter and she loved it but she did say it was heavier than her older helmet. But she hasn’t ridden yet with her new helmet .

I purchased this and another shirt and was excited for what I bought, finally when I received my order my black and orange 4X shirt was about a 2X and my grey and black 4X shirt was a XL possibly a L as there was no chance in hell that I could even put it on, I tried to contact customer service and the told me that if I did not like it I could return it for $11.99 ... I was like wait a minute, this shirt was manufactured wrong, I actually wanted the exact same shirt, just in the correct size ... so I asked for someone to please give me a call so we could try and get this taken care of in a non public, human, understanding, so we could both be happy, they told me that someone would be calling me to take care of it ... after waiting for weeks for a call all I got was a would you please review your purchase and tell us how much you loved our products email ...
so as much as I really like how they are made well, good stitching, comfortable fabric, but no where even close to the size I ordered !!!!!!!!!

so this is my review due to lack of customer service, I really wish someone, anyone would have tried to help me with my purchase other than wanting me to pay for there mistake :(
