I dislike the sole; it is too thick.
The crack team of morons you hired to pull orders sent me a box marked 14 wide that contained 14 triple E boots They don’t fit me well I sent you an email telling you that it’s ridiculous that you charge me three dollars for the right to do returns and I still have to pay $10 for shipping for the return for your mistake. I never heard back from you guys. I decided that the boots were usable as long as I didn’t wear them all day if I wore two pairs of socks, cause I wasn’t gonna pay $10 for shipping so in the meantime, I got on Trust Pilot and decided to look at your real review ratings not fluff up ones you pay employees to put out there on the web. I won’t be spending any more of my money with you Because I received no response and several people said they had similar issues and nothing was ever done, so I chalked it up as a loss and moved on
This is my second pair I've owned the first pair I had for over five years. Great boots I recommend them all day long.
I ordered these boots a month ago along with another pair, the BTM1004's. Unfortunately, I never received the pair of BTM1005's!! I contacted customer service right away and a few times prior and have received NO response from any of the correspondence I have sent out. So I cannot review a product I have never received!
I had to return these.
I bought them for my son, who normally wears a size 9.
He tried them on when they arrived, and they were much too big!
In addition, he said that they felt very heavy. Just not the boots for him.
We'll keep looking.

These are some great boots . They look good and are very comfortable. I was looking for a boot to wear when I ride and these boots are perfect. From the top to the sole everything is high quality. The price was very good and the shipping super fast . Definitely will buy again . Thank you
