Unsatisfactory boots

The left boot heel is taller than the bottom of the foot, making an uneven boot that rocks back and forward. The right boot is fine however. I had troubles with the sizing but that's on my part mostly. The hoops on the boots to help get a grip are simply way too tightly snug for you to actually be able to grab onto them and use them to put them on more easily. These boots just aren't it
