Fits true to size. Nice soft leather. It isn't my favorite cut but it is close. I bought and tried several vests and returned them all but this one. I do prefer the gray version better, bought it too large and returned for the black, my bad!!! It gets me by on the cooler mornings without being too hot in the hot afternoons. With a 20 dollar gift code and at 80 bucks it was a great buy
