Bought a helmet, it was too small. I called the customer service line and was treated poorly. I will return this helmet, get a refund and never buy from them again.

My helmet was shipped with no bubble wrap or packing peanuts, just a box in a box, and my milwaukee breeze's sunglasses visor was broken clean off. No response to my submitted ticket to get in contact. Very disappointing, wont be buying from Leatherup anymore.
Deer jumped onto highway right in front of me. Came off bike at about 70. Helmet has a good amount of road rash., I was wearing leather jacket, chap, gloves, boots. Healing from broken ribs. No complaints prior to accident, I was very happy with it. Of course no complaints wearing it during accident. Very thorough tested helmet passed with flying colors!
I received my helmet in with a cracked sun visor - things happen. It's how you handle those things that make it or break it for me, and the team at Leather Up handled it exceptionally well! A replacement visor is on it's way, and I'm happy with my product and the service I got after the sale - will buy from Leather Up again and again, I'm sure!
This is a bargain, Great Helmet, Looks Fantastic, Great Options, Love the Helmet, It's a little tight, but it's probably correct, I don't normally wear a helmet, I purchased it for long trips, I Love the Shade screen and the Clear Screen face mask. Truly a Great Deal!
