Went a size up as suggested, but its loose. However, it is snug with wearing thicker fleece balaclava. Live in colder climate and ride through winter, so by default this will be winter helmet.
Other minor annoyance is the chin curtain. It is larger than on other helmets, made of a stiffer fabric, and easily removed. Too easy, which precludes picking up/holding helmet and readjusting the helmet by the chin/front bar. The curtain is easily reinserted, but it should have stronger anchor slots/tabs system, plus using a more flexible fabric for the curtain would help.
The helmet comes with a removable visor attached, and comes with additional anchor hardware to accomodate use of helmet without the visor.
Haven't used it yet on road, someone backed into bike busted things up on it. I will update on noise levels and airflow another time. If does well I'd give it 4.5 or 5 stars. Seema to be a nice solid light helmet and one I'd buy again.
