Awesome Jacket but Not Reflective!

I was so bummed out when I got this jacket because the jacket is so awesome, the material looks very durable and it fit perfect but the 'reflective' straps are not reflective at all!! My job is in construction and we are required to have reflective stripes on our Hi-Vis so unfortunately I can't wear this. I am totally bummed out because I just love this jacket.
