I'd leave a 0 star if possible. I never received my package, when I reached out to customer service I was told that my package couldn't be delivered and no information as to why. They then told me to contact Amazon to schedule my delivery but they never gave me the information to contact them. When I tried to go a different route and contact amazon they informed me to contact leather up. It is a never ending loop of go talk to the other person with no resolve. I still have not heard back any further.
Really looks good my wife loves it , but has not worn it yet . She will have to wait till winter .

I have had my heated flannel for a few weeks now. I have worn it several times and it is a game changer for winter riding. It feels like the sun is shining on your chest and back at the same time. Wore it for the polar ride on New Year's Day and rode 100+ miles at highway speeds. I enjoyed every warm moment of the ride. Fits well, nice quality flannel and I dont' even notice the battery while wearing the shirt.
