Very unhappy.

I ordered a helmet according to your measurements sizing chart. When I helmet arrived it was to large. Can not find info on your site to make a return or exchange. So sad Not happy with a helmet I can not use

Although the helmet was beautiful and very well made, it was still way too big or me. I ordered an xs thinking it would fit it matched the jacketand boots that I purchased. I currently use a full face in xs.
