The customer service is dog shit. Send links in emails doesn't say close out sale and up sells me on an exchange product that I also paid for and now even if I'm OK with the subpar leather I can't even ge the right size because if this so if they fix it I'll update this of not then fuck em
These boots are not real leather. I'm 60 years old and have been riding since the age of 10. I've bought enough coats,boots, vests and chaps to know real leather and this ain't it. I also bought a coat, some chaps and a pair of gloves before the boots and they are great. I bought a pair of Smith and Wesson boots a few years back that were supposed to be genuine leather and they had the same material as these do. The first time they get good and wet the top layer will blister up and begin to peel off. These boots were on closeout and said no returns, funny the Smith and Wesson boots had the same deal. I contacted customer service which took 2 days to get someone to answer. They agreed to take the boots back but I would have to pay the return shipping. Not In This Lifetime, it's not my fault the boots are fake and besides that I'll be buying another pair that will costs more since these were on closeout. They said they couldn't authorize that and they would have someone higher up the latter I guess to contact me. Well that's been a few weeks now and not a word. That's cool because karma is a cold hearted bitch and between me and fellow club members there's no telling how bad you just screwed yourself. OK I'm done. Oh by the way the company with the S&W boots reimbursed me for the boots and shipping and gave me another pair of boots. Too bad the pandemic put them out of business.

Everything was great the fit was perfect
For the price I figured these would be cheaply made. I was wrong. Quality leather, nice thick quality rubber sole. Great fit along with a great look.
