I bought a pair of boots from this site and not only did they sit in a warehouse for 3 days before shipping, they didn't fit when I finally received them. I returned them, after paying extra for a return shipping label, they received them and then held onto my refund for over a week. It has been one week since they received my return and I still haven't received my refund. I'm strongly considering legal action.

Great boots but one problem
10 months i have owned these and the zippers at the top of boot are starting to lose teath at the top. everything else is perfect. no cracking or water leaks so far. i would like to see these exact design without zippers. i dont use the zippers anyway. will be buying another pair but try to re-inforce the zippers so they dont stress the teath..

Boots are not as comfortable
Boots are not as comfortable as I'd hoped for the price. They need more support at the top of the boots around the ankle. More padding inside the boots would also be nice.
