I really wanted to like this..
1st trip one of the plastic snaps broke, replaced it with D rings and traveled on..
Called customer service who wanted me to return it but I was on a trip.. called them but they never returned my call..
Second trip the rain cover ripped to shreds with 50 miles..
3rd trip it came loose and dumped all my stuff..
I found.. most.. of it...
Never heard from customer service... .. ...
Poor design on how it attaches to the bike..
It should be designed by someone who actually travels on a motorcycle... like me..
Save your money and buy something that works..
You'll thank me...

Just go buy an SOG duffel and some bungees.. works much better and is only around 40 bucks for a large one... .. ...
I gave customer service way more than enough time to contact me by phone, but they didn't... tried calling them numerous times and either got a full mail box or left messages that no one answered..
So I decided I'd just come on here and tell the truth...
I hung the bag on my shop wall after 3 uses to remind me to.. never.. buy from this company.. ever.. again... .. ...
You'd think for the price you'd get some.. real.. use out of this... but I didn't..
I got something like 6 or 7 hundred very troublesome miles before I gave up on it...
Get something functional to actual travel on a motorcycle..
