According to the size chart it showed that he should be extra small but the extra small is too small My grandson has trouble getting his arms in it Going to have to send it back and get an extra size bigger Besides that the materials good quality I like the best I have one of my own While other grandson loves his blue Jean vest fits perfectly a little big but that is great

The size chart is for toddler. I bought for grandson who is 12yrs old and wears a 10-12 clothes. Vest came in n it was for a 3 or 4 yr old size. SELLER SHOULD SPECIFY IT IS A TODDLER SIZE CHART
