This was the worst experience I’ve had purchasing online. This was THE rudest and most disrespectful customer service representative I’ve ever encountered. He made my purchase and returns w LU a nightmare. He wouldn’t allow me to escalate my claim or speak to anyone else about my issues.
The sizing chart is incorrect.
I was charged for my return which was obviously poorly manufactured. the new item I’ve received is also damaged as well. I used to be a good customer.

Great jacket!!!

This jacket zips up snuggly, but still has a decent range of motion for my arms to swing. The look is what I always wanted even though I am 75 years old. I hope to wear it for many more years.

Ordered on Friday got it on Tuesday. 5 10 165 and a small fit perfect

The jacket came in great condition. I was a bit surprised that the leather was half as thick as the last jacket I bought (It was the xelement brand). I bought an L size both times but this was one was a little bit snug compared with the xelement brand jacket I bought last time. Otherwise I'm very happy with this purchase.
