Milwaukee Leather MLL4501 Women's Tactical Swat Style Rider Leather Vest w/ Single Panel Back for Club Patches

I have a chest measurement of 39” so I ordered a XL(39” according to the chart. When it came in the chest measured 45”, it was huge on me. I like my vest a tad loose for layering, but my male roommate who is a men’s XL tried it on and it almost fit him, I ended up returning it and getting a M(35” chart) and it measures out to a chest of 41” still nowhere close to the chart. There’s around 5-6” difference in size from the chart to the what the vest actually measures. Otherwise fantastic construction and high quality, the chart is just misleading.
