Called customer tried to discuss how to get my order rerouted to the correct address. Was very unsuccessful. Customer service hung up on me and was trying to have me play the back and fourth game with Amazon and them. Amazon already said contact the sender of the package. Now the package has been returned to sender. Let’s see if I get my money back. It was a lot and I hope they honor what they say there policy is. But that guy hanging up on me is definitely fair game for this 1 star and I don’t even have the pants or money back.

The feel of the leather is nice and soft. But the sizing runs very big, the measurements in the table provided are inaccurate. Customer service is a misery to work with. Trying to exchange for a different size is like pulling teeth, even after paying extra for the "unlimited returns and exchanges."

I'm 5'11, 215lbs and I bought a size 16. They fit tight in the knees and calves. But not in the waist! I can't wear my TCX waterproof boots. I like my pants overtop my boots. The leather pants fit my butt pretty good but very loose in the front. These pants do not have belt loops so I could use a belt. I had to exchange them.

I did not think a 14 would fit because of how tight the 16 fit in the knees and calves.

I returned them and ordered chaps. I'm not the average size woman so I will probably have to get alterations done to whatever leather pants I order.

Also, VERY soft leather. Excellent for just going out but Won't work in cold weather without thermals!

The waist is the same size as the hips and get wicked plumbers crack! Very disappointed!
