Well fitted and does comfortably accommodate longer facial hair. I have a decent full beard and this doesn't bind, migrate around or get too hot. Surprisingly easy to breathe through (Haven't tried with filters yet, only without). Using a sliding overhand knot on the straps makes for a low profile, comfortable and easily adjustable fit. A tad on the expensive side, but the comfort is worth it. Best to launder in a lingerie bag so the ties do not get sucked into your washer's moving parts.
