Bob Marley the dog loves it this is his second one in four years
on 11/5/2023 I wasn't paying attention and rear-ended a pick-up (yes it was stupid and yes I am an experienced rider, just was stupid). While I ended up with a couple fractures and 2 missing teeth, my dog walked away without a scratch. The only thing I don't like is the bag only comes with one tether and it is attached in the left front or right rear of the carrier - if your dog is a wiggly little jerk like mine i recommend 2 tethers so you can secure them in the carrier.

I received this a few weeks ago and tried putting it on my bike and there weren't any straps to strap it to my bike so I had to use straps, then I tried to put the dog in the bag to see how it worked and the leash adjustment broke. I contacted the company and STILL waiting for a respond on if I need to purchase the straps or if they were missed in packing and if a new harness strap can be sent to replace the busted one. No directions on how to put on the bike. Hopefully someone contacts me so I can get this figured out and actually use it.
