I went a size up from my usual because I saw some reviews about them fitting tight and they fit perfectly nice material good stitching looks like they will last

Would have given five stars for just the gloves, but the rain mittens are laughable. It's cool. I'll use the pockets for something else.

Ordered 2 pair of boots order number 1692082. only received 1 pair! Called customer care Jeff (rude and uncaring) told me leather up sent me an email that the boots were out of stock. never received the email! I asked him how the system let me order and pay for an item not in stock? He ignored my question and just wanted disposition on the order. Again rude and cold!
All he cared about was do i want store credit or a refund and to get me off the phone! I asked for a refund and i will check to see if i get it!
I belong to a Harley Davidson chapter in Colorado and spoke up at the the last chapter meeting about your site and the quality of your leather products. I will be happy at the next meeting to set the record straight on how shitty your customer service is when an issue comes up with an order. Your products and pricing are top notch but i doubt ill order again because of the lack of customer service provided today on the phone!

Riding to work for 30 min, and my fingers are practically numb. I would not recommend cold riding unless you have hot hands or heated grips.
