I purchased boots for my wife and myself but upon getting them they seemed just a tad too small. I was going to exchange mine but thought it might be better to be able to try them on in person because I have weird sized feet so I decided to return them instead. I was refunded my money and everything worked out. I will probably buy from them again though. The customer service is a bit slow but they seem to take care of their customers.

To small
Got these for my birthday. Was so disappointed. They didn't even fit. So tight I couldn't even walk in them. Grrr. So if you order probably should order a size bigger than you normally wear.
