Nice and light and breathable without sacrificing the protection

Overly satisfied with the jacket. The protection I was wanting for my shoulder, elbows, and back. With the look of your not so normal riding jacket.
A shirt that covers all the bases. Good fit, excellent protection and style. All at a reasonable price. Can't ask for more than that.
The outside is attractive and sturdy, but the pockets for the padding is too big and loose. Size is good and stitching is tight and well done.
I just bought the orange and black hoodie version, plus the red and black regular color shirt version. Love them both, very high quality, well thought out, well made.
What I did not realize is the hoodie version comes with zippered hand pockets on each side, the regular colored shirt style while identical in almost every other way, does not have any hand pockets, more like a traditional shirt. Also different button arrangements on the cuffs which is neither better or less good. As shown in the attached picture, the buttons on the red and black shirt style are close enough together to not make a big difference in making the cuff feel tighter on your wrist.
I'm only giving it 3 stars because there's a feel to the jacket that I can't put my finger on. It's heavier than I thought it would be. The elbow pads are nice but are a little floppy at higher speeds, I took mine out seems more comfortable. The zipper is perfect as are the wrist cuffs. It could use a larger zipper pocket inside fir a larger cell phone.
I got the red and black one and it looks great , way better then the competitors red and black one . Would I will say it's true to size so if you want to wear extra clothing I suggest one size larger . I wore it for the first time last weekend ( 52-55 degrees) and all I had underneath was a T-shirt and I was comfortable riding at 70-75 mph on open highway now my hands that was a different story .
Shirt fit perfect, I just hope it doesn't shrink when washed. Also wish it would come with back armor pad , makes no sense why it doesn't have this pad . Love the shirt not to happy on shortage of armor pad .
