I bought this flannel for a hot weather protection. I like it. It's still warm when It's 90+ degrees but I want some protection if I go down . I like the armor and comfort .

Big and comfy, abundance of pockets, good jacket

the Small runs large for me (5'11' 140lb) but is large and comfortable. good windbreaking, lots of vents and zippers if you're hot, very durable. Tons of good pockets. the elbow pads don't naturally line up with my actual elbows very well in a pinch but they may do better if you are larger. the pocket for the back pad may be a little narrow if you get level 2 pads.
