Quality materials, zipper and snaps, hoodie is removable, and ventilation make it a good jacket. To make it better, there should be at least two (2) sets of snaps at the wrist to tighten up the cuff if/when not wearing gloves and normal wear. Another set of zipper vents in the chest area might help for cooling in warmer weather. A Red, White, Blue, and Stars (patriotic plaid) would be a nice addition to the color selection. Overall, I like it and would buy it again.

This is a phenomenal armored flannel at a fantastic price! I like them so much I purchased all 4 colors. This orange one is the only one with the removable hood. They run just slightly snug, so if you want to wear it over a sweatshirt make sure you size up one size. I got three 3xl's, and only the grey/black in 2xl to wear over a T-shirt.

I usually wear a size XL (6'3" tall with 36 waist at 195lbs) and sized up and had to return. This is true to size in the length of the arms and overall length. I do feel like it's still a bit big around the waist with lots of room for me to grow into it LOL. Love the look and the armor isn't even noticeable. I rode with a hoodie underneath this in 32 degrees and was still warm.
