The jacket is a good product but the right side chest heat panel' does not heat as well as the left side and both chest panels are not near as hot as the back panel. Quality of the jacket so far is good other than the chest' panels are halfway in my armpits and barely on my chest with the jacket fitting me perfectly.

Fits great. Has good heat. Customer service was good had to replace the battery that would not charge immediately after receiving the item. Overall It's a great quality jacket and will have you warm before you turn the heat on
