Xelement 1556 Men's Crazy Horse Brown Leather Motorcycle Harness Rider Cowboy Boots

I’ve been looking for harness boots for a long time. Finally saw these on sale plus an additional 15% off and I couldn’t pass it up. They do run large, I normally wear 11 so I ordered 10 1/2, and paid the couple dollar charge for free returns. These were too big so I called customer service, spoke with Mark who emailed the return label. Easy process took about a 1 1/2 weeks but received size 10 which fits good. Slight heel slip but tone expected from cowboy boots. Overall happy with this purchase.

I ordered and received Xelemnt style 1556 motorcycle boots size 9. My normal size is a 9. Sometimes a 9-1/2. These boots are too large. I did pay extra for free returns because I was afraid they might be too small.
I'm disappointed appointed that the return only applies to other items or a store credit and I can't exchange them for a smaller size for the same price.

I'll be buying another pair soon
