Terrible customer service

I paid the extra $6 do to it was advertised that I "box it up and set it on my front porch and they will take care of the rest". After paying for that service then I get an email saying that because of where I live I will have to print and attach a return label then call to set up a pickup day and time. If I'm doing all of the work why did you charge me the $6? They refuse to return the charge even though they are not providing me the service that they charged me for.

The vest is really nice but sizes are way small if you ware a large get a 2x if you ware a XL get a 3X

The real issue is the sizing. I normally take a XL and with the sizing chart that is where i should be. I ordered a 2X to layer, however, the vest didn't fit at all. I had to go up to a 4X to get it button. The quality is wonderful, and the look is great.
