Within a week it was falling apart with vary light use can't hold its shape straps cracking one even fell off

I've had these bags for just over a month. I mounted them 3 weeks ago. They look great, and set at their highest, I had about 3 inches clearance from the pipes.
Today, the bags are sitting on the pipes, the support "D" rings have ripped off the one bag and the seam is pulling apart. The throw-over straps seem to have possibly stretched out. I took them off, punched more holes in the leather so I can sinch them up higher and reinstalled them. They still hit the pipes. Furthermore, they're rubbing the axle bolts, wearing holes in the bottom/sides of the bags. I've never had so much trouble. I'd reach out to Leather-Up, but my experience tells me that they don't answer phone calls or emails or are even interested in making good to their customers. I need to find a better set, soon, as I have a road trip coming up in 3 weeks!!!

The quality of the bags themselves are excellent. The only problem I've found is the inside doesn't hold its shape at the top. This is easily remedied by a thin strip of aluminum glued on the inside to reinforce the top, and you have a great set of saddle bags!

The metal rings for securing the bags to my bike have ripped off. Just not sewed in to bags very good. The look and size is nice but I have no clue how to secure them now that the rings have broke

Saddle bags that I ordered do not fit my motorcycle like the fitment guide said they would. Bags are sitting in the exhaust and are not usable

I've only bought a few things give me some time to buy more items then I can give you a true opinion.
