I received one of the heated hoodies for Christmas. The first thing I noticed was the outdated battery pack. Using a regular micro USB input as well as a 12 V barrel charger. The battery itself is quite big considering it is for a heated shirt. All of that can be gotten used to, but the price for an additional battery is unbelievable. They seem to be regular 10,000 mA power banks you can get for 15 bucks off of Amazon. Very irritating, cheap, rip off.
Ps. It also takes the power bank multiple hours to charge to full, what a joke.

The last time i used the battery to heat my jacket was on a 4 hour ride, 3 years ago. Plugged the battery in to charge today, still has half life left.
Worked perfectly as expected.
The description says the battery should function by holding the power button for 3 sec to turn on or off. The one I received has a square button that turns on and off without holding. This creates a problem because if the battery pushes against the side of the pocket while heating the jacket, it can easily turn off. Other than that issue, it does heat the jacket regardless of whether the button is toggled on/off. So the only issue is when I charge my phone because accidentally pressing the power button will stop my phone from charging. This would not happen if the hold for 3 sec function worked properly. (Mine was included with the purchase of a heated jacket.)
