It's very aggravating, there are a lot more people than what companies seem to think that have wide feet. I ordered these ones knowing they're not wide, but also knowing they are boots, so I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear. They do fit. Not much for cushioning, but they will do

I wear a 12.5 4E shoe.. I thought, since Leatherup's choices for 'Wide' Extra W' were pretty scarce, I'd just go up to a 13.. I did it before in a boot from here.. So.. saw these Bazalt boots and thought.. meh, give it a whirl. YES, they're a bit snug BUT the length is good IF you wear a 12.5. If you are a 2E (EE) AKA Wide. These SHOULD be just fine for you. The sooooft fake fur is very nice. They're spose to be water and frost proof... (not sure how frost proof works lol) Considering we still have (normally) a few months before the sn*w starts flying it's good to be prepared for it. They could use some MUCH softer insoles, but that's an easy fix. I like them. They should be just fine, they're well made and have good traction on the soles.

The side hook broke off when he was trying them on. He really likes the boots but was disappointed the place up hook on the side of the boot broke off
