I have not received the batteries. I called customer service and was told they were at the post office, went to the post office and was told they are not there. I am getting no help from them. I can not use the heated gloves I just bought as one those batteries did not work which is the reason I bought the replacement batteries. I now have over 3 hundred dollars into a pair of gloves I can not use. Horrible customer service!
